Lead and develop a remote full-stack engineering team of up to eight engineers. Build and maintain full-stack features using Node.js, React or React Native, and PostgreSQL. Leads three People Operations Generalists, oversees Rippling and other people systems, coordinates vendors, supports automation and AI adoption, and partners with Finance and leadership to deliver an efficient, compliant employee experience.

Provide face-to-face counselling and individual mental health support to young people aged 11–19, or up to 25 with additional needs. Responsibilities include assessing needs, making referrals, completing clinical hours, safeguarding compliance, and attending supervision and team meetings. This is a voluntary training placement for counselling students seeking supervised clinical experience.

Owns revenue development across public-sector markets, securing large institutional contracts for digital mental health services. Responsibilities include building executive relationships, identifying funding and procurement pathways, managing qualified pipelines, developing business cases and proposals, leading negotiations and contracting, and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role targets state agencies, counties, municipalities, higher education institutions, and education systems, while contributing to broader public-sector growth strategy.

Lead community outreach and engagement to raise awareness and drive use of digital mental health services for youth. Build relationships with schools, families, and community partners; present at events and online; create social content; coordinate local events; gather feedback to improve outreach and support integration with partners.
