The Face to Face Counsellor will offer counselling and wellbeing support to children and young people, manage caseloads, and perform clinical administration. Responsibilities include risk assessment, referrals, collaboration with professionals, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a relevant professional qualification and experience in mental health support and safeguarding procedures.

Lead community outreach to raise awareness and drive use of digital mental health services for youth (13-25). Build partnerships with schools and community organizations, present at events (in-person and online), create social media content, organize local events, collect community feedback, and coordinate with Field, Marketing, and Partnership teams to improve outreach and integration.
