Oversee daily office administration for the Gainesville Administration Building and support related plant operations. Responsibilities include matching receiving records to purchase orders and invoices, processing purchasing information, reconciling inventory and product yields, managing supplies and petty cash, coordinating repairs and IT support, maintaining records, controlling office access, and facilitating paperwork between office and plant. The role also provides administrative support across locations and requires daily errands to the plant and post office.

Leads the recruiting team and manages full-cycle hiring for hourly and salaried positions. Oversees department workflow, recruits and trains staff, handles employee discipline, develops candidate attraction strategies, coordinates staffing initiatives with department managers, and ensures recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws.

Supports the Accounting Manager and Controller with general ledger activities, financial reporting, product costing, yield and variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, and annual operating plan preparation. Monitors financial performance, investigates fluctuations and root causes, and reports results. The role requires accounting experience, knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, familiarity with manufacturing environments, and advanced Excel and Access skills.

Create and maintain EDI maps, configure trading partners, troubleshoot EDI communications and transaction errors, and support ERP and other enterprise applications. The role participates in design, implementation, testing, documentation, issue resolution, end-user training, and customer communications. The analyst must manage multiple projects, coordinate with technical and development teams, and support EDI transactions including 810, 850, 855, 856, 875, and 880.

Provides onsite help desk and IT support by resolving technical requests through tickets, email, and calls. Troubleshoots hardware, software, and user issues; prioritizes and escalates tickets; supports employees with professionalism and customer service. The role includes Active Directory, Group Policy, Citrix, Microsoft Office, on-call participation, and occasional after-hours or weekend support.

Ensures accurate financial reporting, transaction classification, asset valuation, audits, insurance claim documentation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Manages special projects, coordinates cross-functional inputs, collaborates with auditors and claims adjusters, supports compliance and process improvements, and assists with staff training and development.

Leads capital and process improvement projects from planning through closeout. Maintains schedules, budgets, status reports, action logs, and risk plans; coordinates vendors, contractors, deliveries, installations, commissioning, and cross-functional plant stakeholders. Oversees documentation quality, formal handoffs, punch-list resolution, budget reconciliation, compliance, meetings, and leadership reporting across multiple concurrent engineering projects.

Manage engineering activities across six complex facilities, support operations to drive continuous improvement, design and implement process improvements, act as project manager for assigned projects (scope, schedule, budget), communicate with all management levels, and perform other related duties. Travel, weekend and overnight work required as needed.
