Handles live chickens safely and respectfully while hanging birds for production, following animal welfare standards. No prior experience is required, as training is provided. Candidates must be comfortable handling live birds, be at least 18 years old, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Manages daily accounting operations for a poultry processing facility, including payables, receivables, general ledger, cash transactions, reconciliations, and financial close. Prepares financial statements and management reports, analyzes production costs, inventory, yields, and variances, and supports budgeting and operational decisions. Maintains internal controls, supports audits, supervises accounting staff, and develops performance reporting and KPIs for plant and corporate leadership.
