Supports the Accounting Manager and Controller with general ledger activities, financial reporting, product costing, yield and variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and account balancing. The role requires accounting knowledge, manufacturing experience, and advanced Excel and Access skills.

Manage accounts receivable activities including invoicing, intercompany entries, bank and account reconciliations, aging reviews, collections inquiries, credit memos, customer deductions, payment discrepancies, and new customer setup. The role supports accounting management, requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, and involves Excel, Microsoft Office, and Canopy ERP usage in a deadline-driven environment.

Oversee daily office administration for the Gainesville Administration Building and support related plant operations. Responsibilities include matching receiving records to purchase orders and invoices, processing purchasing information, reconciling inventory and product yields, managing supplies and petty cash, coordinating repairs and IT support, maintaining records, controlling office access, and facilitating paperwork between office and plant. The role also provides administrative support across locations and requires daily errands to the plant and post office.
