Entry-level management trainee role to learn operations and supervisory functions. Observe experienced staff, develop managerial skills, and perform departmental duties to prepare for promotion to supervisor. Participate in operations, data collection, and company policy adherence.

Supervise and lead hatchery team members, coordinate equipment, supplies, production and research needs, mentor staff and provide performance feedback, and perform other relevant hatchery duties to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and send customer invoices, reconcile bank activity and intercompany entries, monitor A/R aging, investigate and resolve payment deductions/credits, set up new customers, create credit memos, and provide regular updates to management while supporting the Accounting Manager.
