Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic systems, automated machinery, and control devices in a prepared foods manufacturing plant. Troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, conduct high-voltage switching and generator operations, lead maintenance work parties, and document work while supporting production and food/animal welfare standards.

Conduct regular patrols, check badges/IDs, monitor cameras, inspect deliveries, receive calls and packages, prevent theft and workplace violence, investigate and document incidents, assist training of new officers, and report security issues to management.

Supervise QA technicians and lead food safety and quality operations on the production floor. Monitor samples, perform hold releases, maintain production and quality paperwork, communicate with USDA and management, assist audits, implement programs/procedures, order supplies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
