Perform QA audits and HACCP quality tests in a food manufacturing plant; evaluate labeling and product movement, resolve quality/production issues with management, instruct team members, and act as the escalation point for critical quality issues.

Learns departmental functions and assists with supervising production teams in a poultry plant. Assigns duties, supports training and cross-training, monitors safe food handling and regulatory compliance, conducts safety inspections, identifies improvement opportunities, and manages inventory and supply ordering.

Manage poultry hatchery operations, chick quality, production, delivery, labor costs, spending, maintenance, supplies, vaccination programs, and capital improvement projects. Ensure regulatory compliance and animal welfare while overseeing hatchery performance and staff. The role requires poultry hatchery leadership experience, animal or poultry science knowledge, strong computer and mathematical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
