Handle live chickens and hang them for production while following animal welfare standards and safe handling procedures. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Collect blood, fat, and other samples from pullets and breeder hens for vaccination titers and NPIP certification; prepare and deliver samples to state lab; create weekly schedules; assist pullet manager and pullet deliveries; follow animal welfare policies and perform other assigned duties.

Assist supervisors by learning all departmental functions, overseeing production team members, enforcing food safety and regulatory compliance, assigning duties, supporting training and cross-training, recording and ordering inventory, performing safety inspections, and helping implement process improvements.
