Lead QA initiatives to embed quality across the platform: design test strategies, create test plans, implement automation, write automation scripts, mentor QA team members, collaborate with developers and designers, prioritize bug fixes, and maintain quality documentation and metrics.

Lead QA engineer responsible for defining QA strategy, test plans, and quality metrics. Drive test automation, mentor QA team, collaborate with developers on defects, prioritize bug fixes, and implement tools and processes to deliver validated enterprise releases.

Operate as the company's first BizOps hire to analyze and clean data, identify operational gaps, manage cross-functional projects (e.g., ISO/SOC), roll out processes and tools, train teams, manage vendors, and support the CEO to improve strategic execution and KPI-driven decision making.

Drive testing strategy, author and execute test cases, build and troubleshoot test automation, analyze results and root causes, collaborate with development, and maintain quality documentation and policies to deliver validated releases.

Design, automate and operate secure, performant global SaaS cloud infrastructure. Consult with stakeholders, implement IaC and CI/CD, migrate environments, apply cloud governance, monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning and security best practices.

Design and build high-performance Angular single-page application features, write tested and maintainable front-end code, collaborate with product and UX, review code, refine frameworks and standards, manage Azure web deployments, and own assigned deliverables while working Toronto business hours and attending quarterly in-person meetings.
