Lead the design and governance of enterprise data architecture, ensuring performance and innovation, while mentoring teams and driving data quality standards.

Support underwriting divisions by booking and issuing policies, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements promptly; enter submissions quickly; process correspondence; deliver electronic documents; assist with loss runs and submission clearance; perform ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure accuracy and timely policy administration.

The Product Development Analyst conducts research, drafts multi-state insurance forms, collaborates with teams, and manages form directories. They also explore new product opportunities and enhance product knowledge.

Review and analyze audit reports and financial documents, communicate with brokers and vendors, process audit endorsements and cancellations, monitor vendor performance, support system enhancements, and drive accuracy and continuous improvement in audit operations.
