Handle low-to-moderately complex commercial Property and Liability claims under supervision. Investigate claims, evaluate coverage and liability, communicate with stakeholders, negotiate resolutions, maintain organized claim files, and drive timely claim outcomes.

As a Claims Examiner, you will manage casualty claims, conduct investigations, evaluate liability, communicate decisions, and oversee litigation in a team-oriented environment.

Lead development of enterprise applications across the full lifecycle, shape architecture and roadmap, deliver scalable code, champion best practices, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Prepare and submit arbitration filings, coordinate with outside counsel and collection agencies, manage awarded balances, evaluate collection risk using Dun & Bradstreet, draft legal/financial briefs and exhibits, post collections to financial systems, and maintain compliant, detailed records.

Join a cross-functional Agile team to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise applications. Deliver high-quality full-stack code, contribute to architecture, manage dependencies, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and use generative AI tools to improve productivity and automation.

Lead the design and governance of enterprise data architecture, ensuring performance and innovation, while mentoring teams and driving data quality standards.

Support underwriting divisions by booking and issuing policies, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements promptly; enter submissions quickly; process correspondence; deliver electronic documents; assist with loss runs and submission clearance; perform ad-hoc operational tasks to ensure accuracy and timely policy administration.

Draft, research, and revise multi-state insurance forms and endorsements to reflect underwriting intent and market competitiveness. Integrate and convert forms across applications and formats, maintain form master lists, collaborate with Underwriting, Compliance, IT, and Claims Legal, communicate form changes to leadership, and research new product opportunities.

Review and analyze audit reports and financial documents, communicate with brokers and vendors, process audit endorsements and cancellations, monitor vendor performance, support system enhancements, and drive accuracy and continuous improvement in audit operations.
