Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktop, laptop, mobile, hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Deploy and maintain systems, perform imaging and updates, test hardware and software, manage assets and documentation, and follow change-management and information-security policies. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, resolve helpdesk tickets, and participate in an evening and weekend on-call rotation. The role requires strong customer service, Windows and Microsoft expertise, device-management experience, networking familiarity, and physical equipment handling.

Handle low-to-moderately complex commercial Property and Liability claims under supervision. Investigate claims, evaluate coverage and liability, communicate with stakeholders, negotiate resolutions, maintain organized claim files, and drive timely claim outcomes.

Reviews audit reports and financial documents, determines acceptance or escalation, processes audit endorsements, tracks cancellation notices, and communicates with brokers and vendors. Monitors vendor performance, supports dispute resolution and system enhancements, and contributes to workflow improvements. The role requires analytical judgment, accuracy, communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Insurance or audit experience is welcomed but not required; training and mentorship are provided.
