Serve as first point of contact for prospective participants: screen eligibility (Medicaid and social determinants), complete intake documentation, educate and assist with enrollment, document interactions in CRM, meet enrollment targets, coordinate handoffs to care teams, and support community outreach to drive enrollments.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings following BCBA-led treatment plans. Create program materials, collect and manage data, assist with parent training and clinical assessments, track supervision hours, maintain RBT certification, follow HIPAA and BACB ethical standards, and communicate with supervisors, families, and team members.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings following BCBA-established treatment plans. Create program materials, collect and manage data, support parent training and clinical assessments, maintain HIPAA and BACB ethical compliance, track supervision hours, and complete required RBT training and certification renewal.

Conduct client intake and needs assessments; assist with applications for Medicaid, SNAP, housing, and benefits; connect clients to community resources; track referrals and follow up; maintain case documentation; coordinate with agencies and providers; provide ongoing client support and ensure program compliance.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and clinic settings following BCBA-designed treatment plans. Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans, collect and log client data, ensure client safety and rapport, and participate in remote/in-person supervision and training to support progress for children and adolescents with ASD.

Provide one-on-one, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services following BCBA treatment plans. Create materials, collect and report data, assist with parent training and clinical assessments, maintain certification and supervision hours, follow HIPAA and BACB ethical standards, and travel between client homes reliably.

Provide 1:1 in-home behavioral therapy following BCBA-designed ABA treatment plans. Collect and maintain data, prepare program materials, support parent training, attend trainings, and follow BACB and HIPAA policies.
