Teams at Kids First Services

Serve as first point of contact for prospective participants: screen eligibility (Medicaid and social determinants), complete intake documentation, educate and assist with enrollment, document interactions in CRM, meet enrollment targets, coordinate handoffs to care teams, and support community outreach to drive enrollments.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings following BCBA-led treatment plans. Create program materials, collect and manage data, assist with parent training and clinical assessments, track supervision hours, maintain RBT certification, follow HIPAA and BACB ethical standards, and communicate with supervisors, families, and team members.
