Audits consumer loan files and lending processes for policy, regulatory, and risk compliance. Reviews real estate-secured loans and HELOCs, validates underwriting decisions and credit scoring models, investigates recurring errors, and recommends remediation and policy improvements. Analyzes audit trends, prepares reports for leadership, reviews lending vendors, maintains quality documentation, and supports staff training and cross-functional process improvements.

Design and implement enterprise-level data models, governance, metadata management, and data quality processes. Lead selection and deployment of data tools, ensure regulatory compliance, support application rollouts, and coach staff while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver the data architecture roadmap.

Develop and manage business relationships to sell business banking products, evaluate and pre-qualify business loan requests, prepare loan submissions, conduct property/site inspections, assist with collections, grow deposit relationships, cross-sell services, represent the Credit Union in the community, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Serve credit union members using a needs-based sales approach to identify financial goals, recommend insurance and securities products, maintain client relationships, follow compliance and FINRA guidelines, complete reporting, provide staff training, and ensure high service standards.
