Design and implement enterprise-level data models, governance, metadata management, and data quality processes. Lead selection and deployment of data tools, ensure regulatory compliance, support application rollouts, and coach staff while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver the data architecture roadmap.

Supports branch operations through quality control reviews, audits, branch visits, cash management, compliance testing, documentation, reporting, and remediation tracking. Provides guidance and training on operational procedures, maintains records, coordinates cash orders, supports system administration, and collaborates with branch leadership, Risk Management, Internal Audit, auditors, regulators, and examiners. Requires financial institution operations experience, strong analytical and documentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and travel between branch locations.

Develops commercial banking relationships and grows loan, deposit, credit card, and merchant service business. Reviews and pre-qualifies business loan requests, analyzes creditworthiness, prepares lending submissions, collects documentation, supports loan renewals and collections, conducts property inspections, and performs annual site visits. Represents the credit union in community and business groups, explains products and policies, cross-sells services, and coordinates with internal teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Serve credit union members using a needs-based sales approach to identify financial goals, recommend insurance and securities products, maintain client relationships, follow compliance and FINRA guidelines, complete reporting, provide staff training, and ensure high service standards.
