Design and implement enterprise-level data models, governance, metadata management, and data quality processes. Lead selection and deployment of data tools, ensure regulatory compliance, support application rollouts, and coach staff while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver the data architecture roadmap.

Lead enterprise technology strategy, align IT and digital capabilities with business goals, oversee architecture, networks, applications, data, disaster recovery, budgets, staffing, policies, vendor contracts, and project portfolio to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant operations.

Develop and manage business relationships to sell business banking products, evaluate and pre-qualify business loan requests, prepare loan submissions, conduct property/site inspections, assist with collections, grow deposit relationships, cross-sell services, represent the Credit Union in the community, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
