Develop and manage business relationships to sell business banking products, evaluate and pre-qualify business loan requests, prepare loan submissions, conduct property/site inspections, assist with collections, grow deposit relationships, cross-sell services, represent the Credit Union in the community, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Serve credit union members using a needs-based sales approach to identify financial goals, recommend insurance and securities products, maintain client relationships, follow compliance and FINRA guidelines, complete reporting, provide staff training, and ensure high service standards.

Lead Commercial Services to grow commercial lending, deposits, and treasury management. Develop and execute sales strategies, manage teams, oversee portfolio and vendor performance, drive membership growth, implement policies/controls, manage budgets, and represent the credit union in community outreach.
