Develops commercial banking relationships and grows loan, deposit, credit card, and merchant service business. Reviews and pre-qualifies business loan requests, analyzes creditworthiness, prepares lending submissions, collects documentation, supports loan renewals and collections, conducts property inspections, and performs annual site visits. Represents the credit union in community and business groups, explains products and policies, cross-sells services, and coordinates with internal teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Serve credit union members using a needs-based sales approach to identify financial goals, recommend insurance and securities products, maintain client relationships, follow compliance and FINRA guidelines, complete reporting, provide staff training, and ensure high service standards.
