Lead Organizational Change Management for SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations: develop OCM strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and support go‑live and BAU transition.

Advise executives, run workshops, assess readiness, promote Fit-to-Standard principles, guide process redesign, support change management, and provide governance and value-realization oversight across transformation programs.

Provide strategic advisory for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (SAP GROW) transformations: lead fit-to-standard discussions, conduct executive workshops, develop ERP roadmaps and business cases, advise on change management and governance, support program governance and risk mitigation, and engage C-level stakeholders to drive cloud ERP adoption.
