The Data SME will provide strategic guidance on data management and analytics, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating with global teams to improve data solutions.

Lead design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) solutions, run fit-to-standard workshops, configure recruiting processes, support integrations and data migration, develop test scripts and training, and provide go‑live and hypercare support to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Lead implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, run Fit-to-Standard workshops, design future-state HR processes, support integrations and data migration, develop test scripts and deliver UAT/training, and provide go-live and hypercare support for global HR transformation initiatives.
