This is a remote position.
KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Change Management Lead to drive organizational readiness, user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation initiatives for SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ERP transformation programs, stakeholder communications, training strategy, and business adoption. This role will work closely with executive sponsors, business leaders, project teams, and end users to ensure successful adoption of SAP Cloud solutions and realization of business benefits.
Change Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for SAP GROW programs.
Create change management roadmaps aligned with project objectives, timelines, and business goals.
Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful transformation outcomes.
Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans across all levels of the organization.
Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, managers, and end users.
Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship activities.
Manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making throughout the transformation journey.
Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Create key project communications, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and executive updates.
Design and oversee end-user training strategies and learning programs.
Coordinate training schedules, materials, and knowledge transfer activities.
Support super-user and change champion networks.
Measure organizational readiness and monitor adoption progress.
Develop adoption metrics, success measures, and benefit realization tracking.
Support business process transitions aligned with SAP best practices and Fit-to-Standard approaches.
Drive user engagement activities before, during, and after go-live.
Ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations.
Work closely with project managers, business process leads, solution architects, and executive stakeholders.
Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and transformation planning sessions.
Support cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare activities.
Promote SAP Cloud adoption and Clean Core transformation principles.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
10+ years of Change Management experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
3+ years of ERP transformation experience, preferably SAP-related.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of Change Management experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of ERP transformation experience, preferably SAP-related.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or Cloud transformation projects.
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) expertise including change strategy and impact assessments.
- Stakeholder management and engagement with executive sponsors and business leaders.
- Communications strategy development and creation of project communications and executive updates.
- Design and oversight of training strategies, curriculum, and enablement programs.
- Experience measuring organizational readiness, adoption metrics, and benefits realization tracking.
- Proven facilitation, presentation, and leadership alignment skills.
- SAP GROW experience (listed as a required skill).
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition knowledge (listed as a required skill).
- Change impact assessment and readiness reporting experience.
- Experience supporting cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
- Executive communications and sponsorship activation experience.
- Prosci Change Management Certification.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience with global or multi-country transformation programs.
- Consulting or system integrator project experience.
