Lead technical pre-sales for Databricks engagements: run discovery, design solution architectures, scope and estimate efforts, produce proposals/SOWs, deliver demos/POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, maintain reusable pre-sales assets, qualify opportunities with sales, and hand off to delivery teams.

Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for AI, data, analytics, and digital transformation solutions. Build partner marketing and analyst relations, craft sales enablement content (presentations, demos, customer stories), and collaborate with sales, delivery, alliances, and leadership to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT data pipelines on Databricks using PySpark and Spark SQL. Implement Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, incremental ingestion (Auto Loader/streaming), Databricks Workflows, and performance tuning. Build reusable accelerators, participate in client technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and resolve production issues while promoting engineering best practices.
