Coordinates apprentice recruiting and hiring activities, including application review, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding preparation, and record updates in ADP. Requires strong organizational, communication, analytical, and confidentiality skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Supervises aircraft records processes and Records Analyst staff, ensuring accurate maintenance time and cycle records. The role coordinates multiple projects, maintains safety standards, provides technical assistance to participating departments, and supports managers and staff while working in office, outdoor, and hazardous environments.

Supervises Operations Assistants in an Operations Control Center environment, ensuring accurate and timely operational communications. Provides coaching, desk coverage, performance monitoring, training development, process improvement, SOP implementation, and procedural compliance. Requires knowledge of cargo operations, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, communication skills, and the ability to guide staff. Prior Operations Assistant experience is strongly desirable, while leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Supports AMOS users as a first point of contact, troubleshoots system issues, maintains SOPs, monitors and audits data, and assists with software patching, version testing, and user acceptance testing. Coordinates with IT on escalated issues and supports AMOS-related trainings, conferences, workshops, and projects. Requires AMOS expertise, airline business-process knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under deadlines.

Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft safely, perform preflight and post-flight inspections, and manage necessary paperwork. Follow all policies and regulations.

Procures and expedites aircraft parts and materials for line and heavy maintenance. Maintains approved-provider compliance, solicits and documents quotes, replenishes inventory, monitors min/max thresholds, resolves stock shortages, and communicates long lead times or procurement risks to maintenance and materials teams.

Support the Inflight Services Manager by coordinating communications among crews, operations, vendors, and customers; manage supplies, catering, and on-site problem solving to maintain safe, on-time flight operations at the CVG station.

Coordinate and maintain deicing vendor contacts and databases, distribute Kalitta Air deicing procedures, gather fluid types/quantities/pricing, negotiate seasonal pricing and contracts, evaluate new operation locations for deicing needs, monitor vendor performance and follow up on delays, and support audits and internal coordination.

The Accounts Receivable Lead manages AR records, prepares invoices, handles customer reconciliations, and supports the financial department while ensuring compliance with accounting processes.

Performance Engineers manage flight planning and aircraft performance software, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

The Structures Engineering Liaison ensures compliance with regulations for aircraft modifications, coordinates with engineering and regulatory bodies, and develops engineering documentation and improvement modifications for fleet maintenance.
