Coordinates with IT on escalated problems, supports AMOS analysts, promotes system adoption, reduces process workarounds, and travels as required for training, conferences, and workshops.

Coordinate and maintain deicing vendor contacts and databases, distribute Kalitta Air deicing procedures, gather fluid types/quantities/pricing, negotiate seasonal pricing and contracts, evaluate new operation locations for deicing needs, monitor vendor performance and follow up on delays, and support audits and internal coordination.

The Accounts Receivable Lead manages AR records, prepares invoices, handles customer reconciliations, and supports the financial department while ensuring compliance with accounting processes.
