Support the Inflight Services Manager by coordinating communications among crews, operations, vendors, and customers; manage supplies, catering, and on-site problem solving to maintain safe, on-time flight operations at the CVG station.

Supports the AMOS software competency center by serving as the first point of contact for end users, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining SOPs, monitoring and auditing data, and assisting with patch testing and UAT. Coordinates with IT on escalated problems, supports AMOS analysts, promotes system adoption, reduces process workarounds, and travels as required for training, conferences, and workshops.

Serve as primary AMOS contact and analyst: troubleshoot AMOS issues, maintain SOPs, support UAT and patch/version testing, coordinate with IT, monitor/audit data, assist projects and training to drive AMOS adoption.
