Works alongside warehouse crews to sort packages, assign lanes, sequence outbound routes, verify package counts, and meet fixed dispatch windows. Leads safety briefings, attendance, breaks, coaching, exception documentation, customer-site communication, coverage protocols, and end-of-shift reporting. Performs physical warehouse work, including repeatedly handling packages up to 50 pounds in an uncontrolled dock environment.

Oversee daily final-mile white-glove delivery facility operations, including dispatch, routing, staffing, warehouse processes, installation quality, damage prevention, customer accounts, financial performance, safety, and compliance. Manage inbound and outbound workflows, inventory, crews, carriers, customer escalations, service KPIs, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Recruit and manage operational staff while ensuring premium, damage-free delivery and installation services.

Provide HR support across employee lifecycle: recruit, onboard, manage performance, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws, develop HR policies and training, track metrics, and manage corrective action and exits.

Serve as front-line Tier 1 NCOS Specialist handling inbound calls, emails, and system alerts; monitor live deliveries; communicate with drivers, business centers and customers; document events and escalate complex issues to Team Leaders.
