Manages daily distribution center operations, including workforce planning, dispatch and routing efficiency, facility optimization, financial performance, customer account management, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement. The role operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment, may involve varied shifts, requires occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and includes minimal travel.

Works alongside warehouse crews to sort packages, assign lanes, sequence outbound routes, verify package counts, and meet fixed dispatch windows. Leads safety briefings, attendance, breaks, coaching, exception documentation, customer-site communication, coverage protocols, and end-of-shift reporting. Performs physical warehouse work, including repeatedly handling packages up to 50 pounds in an uncontrolled dock environment.
