Teams at J.W. Logistics, LLC

Serve as front-line Tier 1 NCOS Specialist handling inbound calls, emails, and system alerts; monitor live deliveries; communicate with drivers, business centers and customers; document events and escalate complex issues to Team Leaders.

Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations including loading/unloading, cross-docking, freight, dispatch, and customer service. Plan and assign work, ensure accurate documentation, maintain storage organization, inspect deliveries, operate lift equipment, monitor productivity and safety, and support major accounts while performing related duties.

Provide HR support across employee lifecycle: recruit, onboard, manage performance, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws, develop HR policies and training, track metrics, and manage corrective action and exits.
