Front-line customer operations role monitoring live deliveries, answering calls/emails, coordinating with drivers and business centers, documenting exceptions, escalating complex issues, and supporting team continuity and quality.

Provide HR support across employee lifecycle: recruit, onboard, manage performance, handle employee relations, ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws, develop HR policies and training, track metrics, and manage corrective action and exits.

Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations including loading/unloading, cross-docking, freight, dispatch, and customer service. Plan and assign work, ensure accurate documentation, maintain storage organization, inspect deliveries, operate lift equipment, monitor productivity and safety, and support major accounts while performing related duties.
