Manage grant/contract budgets, invoicing, collections, budget tracking and modifications. Prepare invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and compliance reports; support audits; maintain contract records and improve grant accounting processes while collaborating with program directors and accounting staff.

Oversee Adult and Dislocated Worker programs at West Los Angeles AJCC, ensure contract compliance and performance, supervise Skills Development and Welcome teams, manage budgets and CalJOBS reporting, build employer and community partnerships, deliver workshops and training pathways, handle hiring and staff development, and complete CWDP certification within specified timeframes. Requires flexible hours, travel, and reliable transportation.

Provide front-desk and clerical support: greet clients, answer phones, manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain and image case files, perform data entry and tracking, schedule participants, assist with cashiering/EBT disbursements, support audits, run errands, and maintain office supplies and equipment.

The Peer Support Specialist connects Veterans and families with resources, provides peer support, facilitates workshops, and engages in community outreach.
