Designs and implements workforce initiatives for targeted populations facing employment barriers. Coordinates supportive services, training, outreach, employer and community partnerships, participant career guidance, and WIOA-compliant reporting. Provides individualized support, interprets labor market data, engages stakeholders, and promotes sustainable employment outcomes. Requires flexible scheduling and travel to businesses, worksites, meetings, and related events.

Develops sector-focused workforce initiatives aligned with high-demand industry needs. Builds partnerships with employers, educators, and community organizations; coordinates training and career pathway programs; supports job seekers; analyzes labor market data; and prepares reports. The role also conducts community outreach, advocates for workforce development, works flexible hours, and travels to businesses, worksites, meetings, and events.

Prepare semi-monthly payrolls, process bi-weekly payroll tasks, maintain payroll records, manage Paycom earning/deduction codes, calculate manual timecards, enter garnishments, produce payroll and union reports, ensure federal and California wage/hour compliance, reconcile vacation/sick balances, prepare payroll journal entries, support audits, and train staff on timekeeping.
