Own fulfillment and utilization performance for the Saudi Arabia market by closing supply-demand gaps, improving operational efficiency, resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate reporting, and conducting quality-focused outbound calls. The role also handles customer escalations and leads process-improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, six-day remote operation.

Own Justlife’s brand voice across CRM, web, social, advertising, product, and offline channels. Write persuasive, high-volume copy, develop campaign and design briefs, shape funnel content, maintain editorial standards, and collaborate with marketing, product, business development, design, and customer service teams. Use engagement data such as CTR to improve content while creating culturally relevant communications for GCC audiences.

Own and define Justlife's English brand voice across CRM, funnel, product features, ads, and offline materials. Produce high-volume persuasive copy (push, SMS, email, web, social), brief designers, execute campaigns, partner cross-functionally, use data to improve CTR and conversions, and introduce ideas tuned to GCC culture.

Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound enquiries, pitch home and consumer services, overcome objections, close bookings, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with warm and lapsed leads, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. The role is fully on-site in Dubai, six days per week, and requires high-volume B2C telesales experience.

Owns quality assurance and change validation across human and AI customer-support interactions. Responsibilities include scheduling audits, reviewing AI conversations, validating process changes, auditing vendor quality teams, investigating DSAT root causes, coaching agents, calibrating standards, verifying SOP adoption, and supporting CX backlogs. The role uses data-driven sampling and analysis to influence Product, Operations, vendors, and leadership decisions.

Lead and execute visual direction for marketing across campaigns, CRM, social, performance ads and in-app touchpoints. Own briefs to final assets, deliver high-volume quality work, use AI tools to speed ideation and production, protect brand consistency, and provide creative leadership and feedback to raise team craft.

Own the CRM lifecycle for Justlife users: plan, build, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns and automated flows (email, push, SMS, in-app) to drive retention, reactivation, and CLV. Maintain data accuracy, run tests, coordinate stakeholders, and report metrics to improve retention and CRM-attributed revenue.

Lead end-to-end ownership of major mobile surfaces using React Native. Drive architecture, performance profiling and optimization, integrate native modules, support A/B experiments and AI prototyping, and improve release quality through CI/CD, automated checks, and production monitoring while mentoring engineers.

Lead and grow the Dubai backend engineering team, own roadmap execution and technical quality, stay hands-on with code, develop engineers, and drive AI adoption across product and team processes.

Own end-to-end product for a large consumer home-services marketplace across GCC. Lead discovery, PRDs, prioritization, launches, instrumentation and metrics. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, CX, payments and ops. Drive metric improvements (conversion, GMV, rebooking, payment success) and ship AI-driven initiatives that are central to the product.

Lead and strengthen the group's finance function: standardize chart of accounts, improve systems and automation, own IFRS financial reporting and month-end close across multi-entity jurisdictions, implement internal controls and compliance (UAE/KSA focus), liaise with auditors and investors, and grow a high-performing finance team.

Design end-to-end UX and UI for a consumer mobile marketplace servicing UAE and KSA. Own research, flows, prototypes, shipped experiences, and post-launch iteration. Collaborate with product and engineering, run user and crew interviews, benchmark competitors, and integrate AI into the design workflow to improve speed and quality.

Own and run Justlife KSA social end-to-end: build content calendar, write Arabic-first copy, execute influencer campaigns, coordinate video shoots across Saudi, and localize central brand direction for a Saudi audience.
