Own end-to-end product design for a consumer home-services marketplace across UAE and KSA. Lead research, flows, prototypes, shipped UX, and post-launch iteration. Collaborate with product and engineering, benchmark competitors, run user and crew interviews, and integrate AI into the design workflow to improve speed and output.

Own and build backend services for dispatch, real-time order tracking, integrations, data and performance at scale. Design distributed systems, mentor engineers, improve reliability, and support on-call operations.

Operate as a hands-on growth operator owning demand generation across UAE and KSA, shipping experiments and AI-enabled automation, running incrementality tests and lift studies, improving NMV per user, and building a small senior team while working closely with Product, Data, BD, and Supply.
