Coordinate customers, partners, and service crews to ensure bookings are fulfilled on time. Resolve operational issues proactively, improve completion rates, reduce fulfillment errors, and support partner and crew initiatives such as document, uniform, and vehicle data updates. Own quality assurance across mobile, web, and backend products by designing and executing regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end tests. Apply AI tools to create test scenarios, identify requirement gaps, reduce repetitive work, and deliver an AI-driven QA initiative.
