Manages monthly accounting operations, including coordination with external accountants, plausibility checks, VAT filings across multiple countries, accounts payable, annual financial reporting, and tax reporting. The role reports to the Head of Finance and requires analytical, accurate, hands-on work. Candidates should have initial accounting experience through work or studies, fluent English, EU/Austria work authorization, and the ability to relocate to or work from Vienna.

Own the go-to-market strategy and growth model for a new mobile product, from pre-launch seeding through post-launch scaling. Develop positioning, messaging, referral and sharing loops, CRM campaigns, retention strategies, paid user acquisition foundations, attribution, analytics, and funnel measurement. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, channel teams, and founders, while potentially building and hiring a future growth team.

Analyze funnels, retention, engagement, and experiments to guide product decisions, OKRs, and roadmaps. Build Amplitude dashboards, documentation, and analytics standards that enable product squads to work independently. Evolve event taxonomies and metrics definitions, identify tracking gaps, and protect data quality. Partner with UX research, product design, product management, and ML/Data teams while supporting experimentation rigor and data fluency.

Lead mixed-method UX and customer experience research across product teams, define CX metrics, manage research operations and participant panels, and translate insights into product decisions. Coach PMs and designers, present findings to leadership, facilitate workshops, and support strategic research across markets and domains. Requires 5+ years of B2C technology research experience and relocation to or residence in Vienna, Austria.

Design and maintain ML data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows across the full machine learning lifecycle. Optimize and convert models for mobile hardware using compression and quantization, deploy them as APIs or embedded modules, and implement monitoring and feedback loops. Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to integrate AI features into Journi’s photo-printing products.
