Lead lifecycle CRM to drive retention and CLV: design segmented, behavior-triggered journeys, in-app and email touchpoints, run A/B tests, measure personalization impact, and support global sales campaigns.

Lead performance marketing on Google Ads for desktop and mobile, managing six-figure monthly budgets to optimize CPA, ROAS, and conversions. Collaborate with Creative, Product, Brand, and CRM, introduce AI-driven tools and processes, and share UA best practices across markets while running growth experiments.

Support CRM managers to build, QA, and deploy lifecycle and sales campaigns across email, push, and in‑app messaging. Set up templates, audience segments, A/B tests, and performance reporting. Check links and translations, assist copywriting and translations, collaborate with designers and influencer marketing, and track competitor CRM activity to generate ideas.
