Manage and scale mobile app user acquisition campaigns (primarily Meta and Google), optimize CPI/CPP/ROAS with six-figure monthly budgets, collaborate with Creative/Product/CRM, oversee UA assets and share best practices to drive profitable growth across markets.

Lead and grow the product organization by translating company strategy into clear roadmaps and execution plans. Coach and manage PMs, improve discovery and prioritization, run quarterly planning, define outcome-focused metrics, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Support to align strategy and delivery. Continuously refine product processes and build accountability to drive high-impact results for a consumer mobile product.

Build and maintain the Scala-based backend powering Journi's printing app. Design and implement features and REST APIs, write automated unit tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify improvements, and share backend expertise. Contribute to product quality and scalability while working onsite in Vienna.
