Requires 5+ years of B2C technology research experience and relocation to or residence in Vienna, Austria.

Design and maintain ML data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows across the full machine learning lifecycle. Optimize and convert models for mobile hardware using compression and quantization, deploy them as APIs or embedded modules, and implement monitoring and feedback loops. Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to integrate AI features into Journi’s photo-printing products.

Lead lifecycle CRM to drive retention and CLV: design segmented, behavior-triggered journeys, in-app and email touchpoints, run A/B tests, measure personalization impact, and support global sales campaigns.
