Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, managing client relationships, creative direction, project quality, budgets, schedules, documentation, vendors, and consultants. Mentor and evaluate junior designers, lead work sessions and presentations, identify delivery risks, support recruiting and onboarding, and contribute to client retention and account growth. The role requires strong leadership, communication, architectural or interior design expertise, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Produce and maintain developer and user documentation for DAM and SaaS platforms, including API/integration guides, workflows for 3D asset ingestion and rendering, portal administration (SSO, RBAC), tutorials, diagrams, and documentation standards using docs-as-code practices.

Manage end-to-end procurement for construction, fabrication, installation, and project-based environments. Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate quotations and commercial terms, interpret technical specifications and BOQs, manage purchase orders and deliveries, monitor spend and lead times, support value engineering, and resolve supplier performance issues. Maintain procurement records and schedules while identifying cost savings, managing risks, and coordinating time-critical purchasing across multiple projects.

Senior hands-on finance role owning month-end management accounts, intercompany reconciliations, corporate tax provisions, payroll review, intangible asset accounting, audit support, NetSuite/system optimisation, and ad hoc group finance projects. Provide variance analysis and management commentary to leadership.

Manage QA/QC activities across themed entertainment and construction projects: develop and implement QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections and audits, maintain QA documentation, coordinate with project teams and contractors, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and support compliance with quality and safety standards.
