Lead end-to-end delivery of construction, fit-out, and installation projects from pre-construction to handover. Develop programmes, budgets, and reports; coordinate designers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers; oversee site activities, quality control, procurement, risk mitigation, and compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations. Act as primary client liaison, run site visits and progress meetings, and drive projects through commissioning to practical completion.

Senior hands-on finance role owning month-end management accounts, intercompany reconciliations, corporate tax provisions, payroll review, intangible asset accounting, audit support, NetSuite/system optimisation, and ad hoc group finance projects. Provide variance analysis and management commentary to leadership.

Manage QA/QC activities across themed entertainment and construction projects: develop and implement QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections and audits, maintain QA documentation, coordinate with project teams and contractors, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and support compliance with quality and safety standards.
