Owns creative pitch strategy and presentations, mentors creative staff, monitors industry trends, and maintains consistency across project outputs. Manages creative team performance, hiring, development, training, and thought leadership while fostering an innovative, high-performance culture.

Leads producers and complex experiential projects, overseeing delivery, budgets, margins, scope, client relationships, contracts, risk, quality, and reporting. Partners with creative leadership to meet project and business objectives. Supports pitches, scoping, pricing, and presentations; mentors and line-manages producers; conducts performance reviews, hiring, training, and professional development. Acts as an escalation point, final deliverable gatekeeper, and contributor to production strategy and industry thought leadership.

The role involves creating interactive real-time 3D environments for architectural projects, managing assets and workflows to optimize performance and visual quality in Unreal Engine.
