Lead commercial activities across project lifecycle including business development, contract negotiation, financial management, risk mitigation, and client relationship management. Support project delivery with commercial governance, budgeting, forecasting, change control, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring commercial team members and driving continuous improvement.

Senior hands-on finance role owning month-end management accounts, intercompany reconciliations, corporate tax provisions, payroll review, intangible asset accounting, audit support, NetSuite/system optimisation, and ad hoc group finance projects. Provide variance analysis and management commentary to leadership.

Manage QA/QC activities across themed entertainment and construction projects: develop and implement QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections and audits, maintain QA documentation, coordinate with project teams and contractors, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and support compliance with quality and safety standards.
