Leads technical delivery for client projects, overseeing architecture, implementation, deployment, quality, budgets, risks, and deadlines. The role requires extensive experience delivering 3D applications, Gaussian splatting, real-time systems, AI development, Unity, AR/VR, web, and mobile platforms.

Owns group management accounts, month-end close coordination, intercompany accounting, payroll reviews, intangible asset accounting, tax provisions, variance analysis, audit support, and financial systems optimization. The role partners with the Financial Controller and CFO on group-wide projects, supports leadership reporting, and mentors junior finance staff. It requires a qualified accountant with IFRS and UK GAAP expertise and experience in project-based businesses.

Develops creative visions, experiential concepts, visitor narratives, visual direction, and presentation materials across cultural and brand projects. The role collaborates with project teams, works from concept through execution, and provides hands-on art direction to junior creatives and contractors across film, animation, interactive media, and experiential design. Responsibilities include interpreting briefs, creating treatments and moodboards, mapping visitor journeys, briefing artists, maintaining creative standards, and supporting project reviews and new business.
