Develop and maintain tourism partnerships across Broome and the Kimberley region. As a Reservations Consultant, you'll assist customers in booking experiences and managing inquiries across various communication channels, ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency.

The Grounds and Jetty Hand provides vessel support and manages daily operations at the Northport and B Shed jetties, ensuring a positive customer experience by assisting with luggage and bikes, coordinating the bike fleet, and adhering to safety procedures.

Maintains and repairs vessels, pontoons, vehicles, and tenders. Responsibilities include shipwright fabrication, structural and fibreglass repairs, equipment installation, maintenance planning, work-order management, safety compliance, and resolving onboard issues. The role requires autonomous outdoor work, marine expertise, risk assessment capability, computer literacy, and relevant driving, first aid, CPR, and working-at-heights qualifications.

As a Deckhand, you'll prepare vessels, ensure guest safety, assist with food service, and deliver high-quality customer service during tours.

Maintain and operate Reefworld and Heart pontoons including generators, engines and general upkeep. Ensure compliance with marine safety regulations (GRMPA, AMSA, SMA) and record defects. Perform risk assessments, use HELM for maintenance requests, and work with the hospitality team to deliver strong guest service.

Design, build and maintain web applications and integrations to support eCommerce. Enhance and support existing systems, work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions, and contribute to technology transformation projects.

The Marine Vessel Engineer will maintain the safe mechanical operation of vessels, perform engine checks, assist in vessel management, and contribute to guest experience.

The Coxswain is responsible for preparing vessels, ensuring guest safety and comfort, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing guest experiences through attentive service.

The Pontoon Caretaker is responsible for servicing and maintaining vessels and equipment on Hardy Reef, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer service while working closely with the hospitality team.
