Develop and maintain tourism partnerships across Broome and the Kimberley region. The role drives local sales and business development, coordinates marketing initiatives and industry events, supports cruise and aviation partnerships, manages stakeholder and VIP experiences, and assists with guest communications and operational issues. It also coordinates Traditional Owner tour guide involvement and strengthens community connections. The position is full-time in Broome and may include weekend and public holiday work.

Provides HR support across the Rail & Touring division, including recruitment, leadership coaching and mentoring, learning and development, daily HR operations, and delivery of HR projects aligned with commercial objectives. The role partners with leaders across tourism and rail businesses and is based at the Adelaide Keswick Terminal.

Convert travel enquiries into confirmed reservations through calls, emails, and chat. Recommend accommodation, tours, experiences, and travel packages while upselling and cross-selling relevant offerings. Manage reservations, payments, and customer information accurately across multiple systems; coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and travel partners; and support revenue, service, and KPI targets.
