Supports website health and performance across multiple brands by coordinating content updates, SEO and GEO optimisation, defect tracking in Jira, development backlogs, testing, agency coordination, and website analytics reporting. The role also assists with brand onboarding, digital projects, site maintenance, and general administration. It is designed for an entry-level candidate with exposure to websites, CMS platforms, SEO, analytics, or reporting tools.

Supports the Operations Manager with daily coordination across marine, tourism, and shore-based teams. Responsibilities include workforce administration, recruitment onboarding, rosters, timesheets, compliance and training records, operational documentation, purchasing, inventory, equipment, stakeholder communication, and WHS compliance. The role also contributes to continuous improvement and maintains accurate operational systems and regulatory records.
