Coordinate customer orders through the order-to-cash process, maintain open order books, communicate product availability and delivery updates, and resolve warehouse and transport issues. Owns end-to-end production of social-first content, including campaign concepts, storyboards, creator briefs, shoots, logistics, editing, and final delivery. Collaborates with Creative, Brand, Social, influencers, agencies, and production partners to develop culturally relevant content across platforms. Monitors trends, identifies reactive opportunities, maintains production schedules, and helps evolve the brand’s social identity and visual standards.

Manage sales operations by improving commercial processes, systems, reporting, and data accuracy. Analyze sales, distribution, retailer, regional, and promotional performance; deliver actionable insights to leadership; maintain NuOrder and SAP data; support merchandising compliance, pricing governance, promotional planning, and sales communications. Lead reporting improvements, develop dashboards and tools, identify growth opportunities, and train commercial team members.

Own and deliver Benelux sales strategy across retail, e-commerce and distributors. Drive P&L, launches, distribution and trade marketing. Build senior account relationships, execute joint business plans, provide market insights to HQ, and improve processes to scale commercial performance.
