Manage a portfolio of key retail and pureplay customers to drive sales, profitability, and distribution. Develop account plans, drive new product introductions and category expansion, execute promotional and trade strategies, analyze market and competitive trends, collaborate cross-functionally, handle reporting and pricing, and travel for customer meetings and trade shows.

Lead development of insight-driven demand forecasts, drive S&OP/IBP alignment, translate commercial activity into demand insights, manage product portfolio analysis, support tools and systems implementation, monitor KPIs, and maintain planning continuity during a key business period.

Support Art Directors and Designers across shoot production, adapt and retouch ecommerce imagery, create infographics and campaign assets, and create/upload website content to maintain consistent, on-brand digital product and marketing pages.

Lead end-to-end global supply planning to ensure product availability while balancing inventory, capacity, and cost. Manage PO placement, supplier relationships, replenishment, new product launches, risk mitigation, KPI reporting, and S&OP participation. Support implementation of a supply planning system, drive continuous improvement, optimise inventory and logistics, and mentor junior planners to improve supply chain performance.

Lead CRM and customer insight strategy to drive retention and LTV. Build segmentation, measurement (LTV, churn, cohorts), lifecycle programmes, email/SMS and loyalty strategies, deliver reporting and insights, partner across teams, manage CRM vendors and a CRM executive, and ensure GDPR-compliant data governance.

Support U.S. sales team with customer communication, sales administration, inside sales outreach, off-price account management, reporting, new product launches, cross-functional coordination, and trade show support to drive operational excellence and sales growth.

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates), coordinate with agencies and internal teams, ensure accurate tracking and QA, report performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, support budget tracking, and run testing across audiences, creatives and landing pages to drive ecommerce growth.
