Manage customer orders through the order-to-cash process, maintain open order books, communicate product availability and delivery updates, and coordinate warehouse and transport partners. The role also monitors service performance, prepares reports, maintains customer procedures, manages retailer SLA documentation, investigates non-compliance, and supports corrective actions while collaborating with sales, finance, planning, logistics, and customers.

Leads Group-wide Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, including credit control, cash collection, supplier payments, master data governance, reporting, audits, controls, and process improvements. Manages and develops transactional accounting teams, oversees SAP and Concur processes, coordinates with Treasury, Procurement, IT, insurers, auditors, and external partners, and ensures efficient, controlled finance operations across the business.

Manage sales operations by improving commercial processes, systems, reporting, and data accuracy. Analyze sales, distribution, retailer, regional, and promotional performance; deliver actionable insights to leadership; maintain NuOrder and SAP data; support merchandising compliance, pricing governance, promotional planning, and sales communications. Lead reporting improvements, develop dashboards and tools, identify growth opportunities, and train commercial team members.
