Manage a portfolio of key retail and pureplay customers to drive sales, profitability, and distribution. Build relationships, secure listings, execute joint business plans and product launches, analyze sales performance, monitor market trends, and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product Development. Maintain forecasts, pricing, and customer admin; attend customer meetings, events and trade shows.

Lead end-to-end development of complex consumer products (initially Cookshop & Cookware) from concept to manufacture, managing multiple projects, cross-functional collaboration, budgets, timelines, supplier liaison, and mentoring junior designers.

Design inventive, market-focused consumer products across categories. Manage projects from research to commercially viable concepts, build prototypes and 3D prints, present work to senior teams, liaise with design managers, and deliver concepts on critical paths.
