Coordinate customer orders through the order-to-cash process, maintain open order books, communicate product availability and delivery updates, and resolve warehouse and transport issues. The role coordinates delivery bookings with 3PL partners, prepares sales performance reports, maintains customer SOPs, manages retailer SLA documentation, analyzes service failures, and supports corrective actions. It requires strong customer service, organization, communication, Excel, ERP, French, and English skills.

Owns end-to-end production of social-first content, including campaign concepts, storyboards, creator briefs, shoots, logistics, editing, and final delivery. Collaborates with Creative, Brand, Social, influencers, agencies, and production partners to develop culturally relevant content across platforms. Monitors trends, identifies reactive opportunities, maintains production schedules, and helps evolve the brand’s social identity and visual standards.
