Plans, implements, and monitors QA/QC activities for manufacturing and project execution. Prepares quality specifications, ITPs, MPPs, MPSs, and procedures; reviews vendor documentation; performs inspections and audits; manages technical queries and non-conformance reports; coordinates with suppliers, inspectors, clients, and project teams; and drives corrective actions and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, contracts, and company systems.

Guide engineers and manage technical delivery, resources, schedules, quality, and client requirements.

Develops and manages 3D structural steel models in Tekla, including modular structures, custom connections, piping and secondary steel supports. Produces erection, assembly, part drawings, reports, BOMs and fabrication documentation. Ensures dimensional accuracy, revision control, code compliance and self-checking. Leads projects independently, supervises and trains drafters, resolves design changes with engineers and checkers, and supports cross-functional project requirements. Requires extensive structural steel detailing experience and familiarity with international standards, fabrication, concrete interfaces and related equipment.

Coordinates project document control, including database setup, document preparation, approvals, submissions, tracking, reporting, and distribution of controlled documents and drawings. The role expedites internal and external stakeholders, maintains accurate records, completes project documentation closeout, and supports continuous improvement while following company policies and quality requirements.

Develops Autodesk Plant 3D models for plant layouts, equipment, piping, structures, cable trays, supports, and skid-mounted units. Creates smart P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, orthographics, isometrics, and bills of materials. Performs clash checks in Navisworks, coordinates with piping, mechanical, process, and project teams, resolves routing issues, supports design standards, and reviews client specifications for process plant layouts.

Coordinates mechanical engineering deliverables across project teams, ensuring technical accuracy, design compliance, documentation control, budget adherence, and timely completion. Prepares engineering plans, drawings, bills of materials, reports, and operational documentation. Reviews designs, coordinates vendors and external designers, manages engineering changes, supports fabrication and commissioning issues, obtains third-party approvals, and performs root-cause analysis. Requires cross-functional collaboration, project scheduling awareness, and independent problem-solving.

Prepares and develops accurate 2D and 3D layout, assembly, detail drawings, material lists, and BOMs for manufacturing projects. Uses engineering drafting software, applies design codes and ISO procedures, incorporates review feedback, and resolves design changes with engineers and checkers. Plans, develops, monitors, and controls engineering, EPC, manufacturing, and fabrication project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Prepares multi-level schedules, tracks daily progress, analyzes resources, baselines, delays, critical paths, earned value, and S-curves, and produces management reports. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, fabrication, and project stakeholders to resolve schedule issues. Requires strong analytical, communication, reporting, and team leadership skills.

Lead complex mining, oil and gas, energy, industrial, and engineering projects from award through commissioning and handover. Own budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks, commercial performance, client relationships, contract compliance, negotiations, and profitability. Direct multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Develop technical proposals and commercial estimates for process equipment and gas treating plants. Interpret project requirements and specifications, perform chemical and process design, use simulation software, collaborate with sales and technical teams, present proposals to clients, and ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.

Coordinate end-to-end assembly and testing projects within a manufacturing facility. Manage schedules, risks, technical queries, materials, inspections, quality issues, documentation, logistics, and client or inspector interfaces. Ensure fabrication, welding, testing, and handover activities meet contractual, safety, quality, and schedule requirements while coordinating production, procurement, quality, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Leads multiple gas skid projects from internal kickoff through final customer payment, ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality-compliant delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing RFQs, preparing estimates, managing scope, risks, schedules, budgets, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, shipping, and QA/QC activities. The role coordinates stakeholders, monitors progress, supports contractual claims, ensures compliance with standards and regulations, implements corrective actions, and improves project management processes while mentoring fellow project engineers.

Lead multiple oil skid projects from internal kickoff through final payment, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include estimating, project planning, risk mitigation, engineering and procurement coordination, manufacturing and QA/QC oversight, stakeholder communication, scope and claims management, progress reporting, and continuous process improvement. The role also provides guidance to project engineers and requires travel to project sites as needed.

Lead and improve the Quality function across projects, manufacturing and suppliers. Manage ISO/IMS compliance, audits, inspection planning, ITPs/MPS and supplier surveillance. Oversee technical documentation reviews, non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement while mentoring the QA/QC team and partnering with Project, Engineering and Procurement stakeholders.

Size, estimate, design, and sell plant equipment (ACHE). Prepare cost estimates, technical and commercial bids, and proposal responses. Maintain quotation databases and quote management systems. Review client specifications and ensure compliance with design codes and Oil & Gas standards. Support pre-award and execution activities, collaborating with diverse teams and adhering to company policies and IMS.

Prepare layout, assembly, and detailed mechanical drawings using 2D/3D drafting software. Ensure dimensional accuracy, follow Jord/ISO standards, produce and verify BOMs, revise drawings after review, collaborate with engineers and checkers, back up documentation, train junior drafters, and support sales/tender tasks.

Manage daily office operations, vendor and facilities coordination, front-desk duties, supplies and meeting-room scheduling, recordkeeping, and staff support to maintain a productive, safe workplace.

Responsible for end-to-end mechanical engineering deliverables: design plans, BOMs/MTOs, drawings, reports, document control, vendor coordination, validation, change capture, and resolving technical issues while complying with the company ISO system.
