Lead and manage assigned mechanical engineering projects end-to-end: prepare quotes, review specifications, plan and control scope, schedule, cost and quality, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate stakeholders, support procurement/fabrication/QA, monitor progress, report risks, and travel to project sites as needed.

Lead and manage gas skid projects from kick-off to final payment: evaluate RFQs, develop project plans, manage scope/cost/schedule/quality, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate stakeholders, support procurement/fabrication/QA, document claims, and support audits.

Manage electrical, instrumentation and control scope from design through procurement, installation and start-up. Produce datasheets, schematics, LV calculations, cable layouts, RFQs, review vendor bids and interface with vendors.

Manage project document control and administration: set up project databases, prepare/check and upload contractual documents, track and log records, expedite parties, generate reports, and ensure controlled distribution and IMS compliance.

Prepare layout, assembly, and detailed mechanical drawings using 2D/3D drafting software. Ensure dimensional accuracy, follow Jord/ISO standards, produce and verify BOMs, revise drawings after review, collaborate with engineers and checkers, back up documentation, train junior drafters, and support sales/tender tasks.

Size, estimate, design, and sell plant equipment (ACHE). Prepare cost estimates, technical and commercial bids, and proposal responses. Maintain quotation databases and quote management systems. Review client specifications and ensure compliance with design codes and Oil & Gas standards. Support pre-award and execution activities, collaborating with diverse teams and adhering to company policies and IMS.

Support project procurement: prepare RFQs, manage supplier relationships and performance (cost, quality, delivery), negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, coordinate with engineering and project teams, operate purchasing systems, and support commercial/administrative tasks.

Lead and manage oil skid projects from kickoff to final payment: estimate quotes, plan and execute engineering, procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, monitor budget/schedule, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders.

Support project procurement by sourcing and purchasing goods/services, managing supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery), executing contracts, coordinating with project engineering, maintaining purchasing systems and documentation, and assisting commercial and project managers with supplier negotiations and performance reviews.

Lead assigned projects from kick-off to final payment, delivering on time, budget, and quality. Develop execution plans, mitigate risks, manage scope, procurement, manufacturing, QA/QC, and project communications, and report project status and critical risks to leadership.

Perform basic and detailed electrical design, prepare JB layouts, wiring diagrams and cable schedules, provide cost estimates, procure and manage electrical inventory, support workshops and sites, troubleshoot and advise staff and clients, ensure compliance with IEC/NEC codes, and participate in project and technical meetings.

Lead engineering projects from award through commissioning and handover. Own budgets, schedules, forecasts, risks and commercial performance. Manage client relationships, multidisciplinary teams, contracts, variations and negotiations while ensuring safety, quality and project profitability.

Design mechanical filtration equipment and prepare 2D/3D layouts, assembly and detail drawings, BOMs and purchase specs. Conduct design reviews, failure analysis, vendor evaluations, and support commissioning while ensuring adherence to procedures, dimensional accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

Lead and manage quality control for pressure-vessel fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with ASME/API codes. Oversee inspections, supplier audits, NCRs, root-cause and failure analysis, quality plans, and reporting across multiple facilities and suppliers. Coordinate with project managers, third-party/client inspectors, and implement continuous improvement.

Lead assigned mechanical engineering projects from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements. Support sales and quoting, manage scope changes, coordinate engineering/procurement/manufacturing/QA activities, monitor risks, and communicate with stakeholders. Perform quality checks, document project communications, and travel to project sites as required.

Support the Electrical & Instrumentation team by preparing and revising drawings, cable schedules, IO lists, and vendor documents; coordinate with other disciplines; learn P&ID and wiring interpretation, cable sizing, 3D model reviews, and company procedures.

Support delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering projects from award to completion. Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and quality activities, manage supplier RFQs and procurement, monitor schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables, maintain project documentation, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and support reporting and continuous improvement.

Develop detailed 3D plant layouts in Autodesk Plant 3D including equipment, piping, cable trays, supports and structures. Create smart P&IDs, extract GA, orthographic, isometric drawings and BOMs, perform clash checks in Navisworks, liaise with piping/stress engineers, and ensure layouts meet codes and company/client standards from project start to completion.

Administer, configure, and customize AutoCAD Plant 3D projects and databases; develop standards, templates, catalogs, and automation; provide technical leadership and user support; manage P&ID and 3D model setups, isometric/orthographic drawing workflows, data validation, backups, and coordination with engineering and IT teams.

Perform and coordinate mechanical engineering deliverables for projects, including designs, BOMs, drawings, reports, vendor coordination, design validation, and ISO-compliant documentation and change control.
