Plans, implements, and monitors QA/QC activities for manufacturing and project execution. Prepares quality specifications, ITPs, MPPs, MPSs, and procedures; reviews vendor documentation; performs inspections and audits; manages technical queries and non-conformance reports; coordinates with suppliers, inspectors, clients, and project teams; and drives corrective actions and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, contracts, and company systems.

Provide technical leadership for gas treating package engineering across tender, design, procurement, commissioning, and offshore project execution. Develop process philosophies, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balances, hydraulic calculations, PSV sizing, simulations, datasheets, specifications, and safeguarding documentation. Lead vendor evaluations, document reviews, HAZOP and SIL activities, peer reviews, cost estimation, process improvements, and coordination between process and mechanical teams. Guide engineers and manage technical delivery, resources, schedules, quality, and client requirements.

Develops and manages 3D structural steel models in Tekla, including modular structures, custom connections, piping and secondary steel supports. Produces erection, assembly, part drawings, reports, BOMs and fabrication documentation. Ensures dimensional accuracy, revision control, code compliance and self-checking. Leads projects independently, supervises and trains drafters, resolves design changes with engineers and checkers, and supports cross-functional project requirements. Requires extensive structural steel detailing experience and familiarity with international standards, fabrication, concrete interfaces and related equipment.
