Leads plant reliability operations for a 24/7 frozen-food manufacturing facility, overseeing maintenance, parts planning, and manufacturing engineering. Owns equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, reliability KPIs, cost reduction, inventory, budgets, vendor relationships, and capital projects. Develops a five-person technical team and coordinates maintenance priorities with production scheduling, operations, R&D, and quality. Ensures compliance with human safety, food safety, sanitation, allergen control, SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards.

Own core HR operations, serving as the primary payroll processor while administering benefits, leave programs, compliance activities, HRIS data, and system rollout. Process biweekly payroll, reconcile benefits and payroll records, manage FMLA and other leaves, support Dayforce configuration and migration, maintain SOPs, and improve People Operations through automation and AI. The role also requires accurate reporting, confidential data handling, employee communication, and adherence to employment and food safety standards.
