Own planning, execution, and financial control of capital construction and engineering projects at the Elk River facility. Develop scopes, estimates, schedules; run bids and manage contractors; track budgets and T&M; provide field oversight, permitting, commissioning, and ensure food-safety and cross-functional coordination through project close-out.
