The Desktop Support Specialist is responsible for providing IT support, managing devices, conducting onboarding, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade agentic AI workflows and AI-powered applications. Own full lifecycle from problem framing to observability, integrate agents with ERP and SaaS systems, establish AI-native engineering standards, and partner cross-functionally to automate business processes while ensuring responsible delivery and food-safety compliance.

Lead and scale JonnyPops' IT function across corporate and manufacturing sites. Own IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems (ERP, MES, M365), integrations, IT/OT stability, vendor and budget management, helpdesk and device lifecycle, AI adoption, and support food-safety audit readiness. Manage IT staff and external providers while partnering cross-functionally to enable operations and growth.
