Based in Elk River, MN, JonnyPops develops, manufactures, distributes, and markets frozen novelties. Retailers from coast to coast including Target, Costco, Publix, Kroger, Cub, along with thousands of regional and local grocers make JonnyPops part of their assortment.
Growing from a dorm room start-up in 2012, JonnyPops mission is to make "A Better Pop for a Better World!" JonnyPops leads the frozen novelties space in innovation and uses simple ingredients with no artificial dyes. Every pop stick includes a kind deed, spreading kindness every day.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated initiative-taker to join our Finance team, which focuses on all aspects of financial budgeting, tracking, decision support and more!
The Finance intern will work on projects support the team in multiple areas, participate in intern events, and get exposure to leadership at the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyze financial and operational data and identify trends to equip team to make data driven decisions, improve margins and enhance operational efficiency
· Key user of ERP system and other related financial systems/tool to build reports and search data; proactively bring forth new solutions for most effective usage of tools
· Drive continuous improvement and automation across finance/accounting processes and models for improved efficiency and accuracy
· Assist in ad hoc Finance & Accounting projects as directed
Food Safety Responsibilities:
· Follow companywide GMPs, as is expected of all personnel.
- Foundational GMPs training will be provided.
· Adhere to task specific food safety practices, where relevant.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Alignment to the JonnyPops mission to spread kindness – JonnyPops is a kindness-based company!
· Experience working in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
· Strong organizational, problem solving, communication and people skills.
· Ability to work independently in a demanding environment with multiple projects and deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Solves difficult problems with efficient solutions by looking beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers.
· Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by being adaptable and resilient to change.
· Rising Senior, Graduating in or before Spring 2028
· Preferred Majors: Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Similar Major.
· Ability to work in office out of both of our locations: Elk River, MN & Plymouth, MN - Needing to be in Minnesota
Start date: After Memorial Day
Hourly rate: $21/hr
