Lead contract engineering projects from order to completion, serving as primary customer contact. Review specifications, design solutions, oversee build/testing, manage budgets and schedules, resolve commercial issues, and coach team members to meet departmental objectives and improve performance.

Lead and mentor a development team to design, implement, test, and release .NET-based systems. Collaborate with architects and scrum teams, drive epics to completion, perform code reviews, manage releases, and use Kafka, Redis, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases. Front-end React experience preferred; apply system design and problem-solving to deliver high-quality solutions.

Design, specify, and implement industrial machine control systems from concept through commissioning. Select hardware (PLCs, motion controllers, motor drivers), create IO lists, state diagrams, panel and cable designs, integrate industrial communications (EtherCAT/OPC UA/CANOpen/ModbusTCP), ensure safety interlocks and machine safety, perform FMEA/risk assessments, work with vendors, and troubleshoot wiring and control logic to optimize machine performance.

Provide functional and technical support for OneStream financial consolidation and reporting. Assist users during monthly close, gather and document requirements, troubleshoot incidents via ServiceNow, manage SOX-compliant access provisioning, maintain integrations with ERP systems, and support COE content (SharePoint, Power Apps, Azure Groups). Communicate updates and partner with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable reporting solutions.

Support pre- and post-sales controls design for medium-to-high complexity projects: prepare takeoffs, device selections, BOMs, drawings (shop/submittal/as-built), wiring diagrams, and engineering packages while collaborating with Sales and Engineering and ensuring accuracy and deadlines.

Lead and supervise manual and automation test teams to design and execute test plans for embedded HW/SW/FW products. Develop test strategy and automation frameworks, prepare test reports, manage test and hardware setups, review requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure product verification and validation to meet quality and regulatory standards.

Lead strategic sales of marine, offshore, and naval automation and digital solutions (primarily new builds). Manage executive-level accounts, qualify complex opportunities, influence specifications, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive product feedback to Product Management and R&D. Maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM, meet sales quotas, represent the company at industry events, and ensure compliance with marine classification, cybersecurity, and naval standards.

Support test lab operations for commercial/industrial refrigeration components, focusing on screw compressor testing. Design and modify test rigs, create P&IDs and CAD layouts, size valves/piping/heat exchangers, develop lab procedures, troubleshoot equipment, support calibration, and analyze test data with cross-functional engineering teams.

Lead embedded hardware sustaining activities for fire-detection products: convert requirements to specifications, lead HW design and qualification, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform compliance (EMI/EMC) testing, support component sourcing and cost optimization, and manage a small team while maintaining product documentation and regulatory alignment.
