Prepare and deliver scripts confidently, coordinate with production and editors, engage audiences, conduct interviews, manage live situations, participate in rehearsals and planning, and contribute creative presentation ideas while maintaining professional behavior and punctuality.

Manage a production department of 25+ employees, set and communicate production goals, improve productivity and reduce costs, establish efficient workflows, coach and train staff, and escalate issues to senior management.

Analyze and improve business processes, gather and document requirements, prepare process flowcharts, SOPs and MIS reports. Coordinate implementation of process improvements, monitor daily operations and KPIs, identify risks and gaps, and perform data analysis to support decision-making and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.

Create and edit 2D animations using industry-standard software. Collaborate with teams (storyboard artists, writers, editors, actors), incorporate client/producer feedback, participate in storyboarding, and revise animations to meet project specifications.

Develop and maintain media and public relationships, prepare press releases and promotional materials, coordinate press events and interviews, monitor media coverage, handle public inquiries, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, and support branding and public engagement activities.
