Develop and maintain media and public relationships, prepare press releases and promotional materials, coordinate press events and interviews, monitor media coverage, handle public inquiries, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, and support branding and public engagement activities.

Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns (digital and offline) to build brand awareness, generate leads, manage budgets, track performance/ROI, run social media and content, coordinate with sales, manage vendors and events, and lead the marketing team to hit targets.

Analyze and improve business processes, gather and document requirements, prepare process flowcharts, SOPs and MIS reports. Coordinate implementation of process improvements, monitor daily operations and KPIs, identify risks and gaps, and perform data analysis to support decision-making and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
