Lead and build the firm's end-to-end revenue engine: set strategy, implement RevOps (pipeline, CRM, lead routing, dashboards), connect marketing through client success, hire and coach a revenue team, and personally close deals while shifting revenue toward recurring and product-based models.

Support Talent Acquisition by assisting with planning and executing employee and employer-branding events, creating promotional content, maintaining event logistics and calendars, collecting feedback, and providing administrative support to improve workplace engagement.

Provide end-to-end litigation support for complex commercial matters: intake, conflicts, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery and E-Discovery, court filings, scheduling, trial preparation, client and opposing counsel communications, and administrative team support. Serve as operational lead for multiple simultaneous high-stakes cases.

Build and administer JB University curriculum and onboarding; manage LMS content, tracking, and training calendars; conduct needs assessments and design curricula; oversee training events, vendor relationships, and core process documentation; ensure licensure/CLE compliance and manage related budgets.

Execute repeatable transactional and advisory legal work on a quarterly cadence: prepare and review contracts, manage entity formation and corporate records, process UCC/trademark/filings, use AI and automation, maintain matter data in Litify, communicate with clients, track deadlines, and improve templates and workflows for predictable-cost legal services.

Lead and execute full lifecycle business transactions and governance matters, draft and negotiate core corporate documents, manage diligence and closings, advise on entity formation and restructurings, mentor junior attorneys, and maintain matter timelines, budgets, and client communications.
