Supports attorney business plans, proposals, speaking opportunities, blogs, and client development. Maintains marketing calendars, asset libraries, campaign files, and vendor coordination while ensuring public-facing materials meet brand standards and legal ethics requirements.

Leads a transactional corporate law team while maintaining a selective personal docket. Handles entity formation, governance, commercial contracts, financing, M&A, franchising, risk management, privacy, and corporate lifecycle matters. Oversees staffing, workflows, quality standards, client satisfaction, scorecards, playbooks, and team development. Advises clients on complex negotiations, structuring, governance, and strategic transactions.
