Owns the DER Business Unit’s P&L, growth strategy, pricing, customer relationships, repair development pipeline, contracts, and operating plan. Partners with Sales and Engineering to accelerate FAA-approved repair solutions, expand the portfolio, improve profitability, and convert engineering output into new business. Leads quarterly business reviews, uses analytics to guide decisions, and fosters an accountable, entrepreneurial culture. The role is in-office in Euless, Texas, or Hauppauge, New York, with 25%–40% travel.

Supports accounts receivable, credit management, accounts payable, cash application, collections, invoice processing, purchase order three-way matching, payment processing, and audit documentation. The specialist also assists with broader accounting operations and special projects within a finance team. This is a part-time temporary role lasting approximately six months, with a hybrid schedule and occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for a multi-entity aerospace subsidiary. Own consolidation, budgeting/forecasting, SOX compliance, audits, month/quarter close, ERP management, financial analysis, and team leadership while ensuring regulatory and tax compliance.
