Deploy and support an enterprise GenAI platform across customer Kubernetes, OpenShift, cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, and GPU environments. Troubleshoot application, container, infrastructure, and networking issues; integrate identity providers using SAML, OIDC, and LDAP; manage the full implementation lifecycle; support regulated enterprise customers; and provide deployment feedback to product and engineering teams.

Design and deliver production-ready enterprise AI architectures, translating customer business, data, security, and technical requirements into scalable solutions. Lead discovery, architecture workshops, integrations, model selection, RAG and agentic workflows, evaluation, observability, governance, and security. Provide technical leadership through implementation and production readiness, while building prototypes, validating decisions through code, and troubleshooting complex systems.

Design, deploy, and operate enterprise Voice AI, Text AI, conversational workflow, and conversation-analysis solutions. Translate customer requirements into technical implementations, integrate APIs, CRMs, telephony systems, databases, and knowledge bases, and configure prompts, workflows, models, and tools. Monitor production agents, troubleshoot integrations, optimize performance, and support SaaS customers while coordinating with Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success.

Own recruitment administration and back-office operations, including initial phone screenings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, ATS and pipeline management, and job posting across recruitment platforms. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience and accurate candidate records. The role requires placement-agency recruiting experience, familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, and fluent Hebrew and English communication.

Design, operate, and scale cloud-native platform infrastructure across development, test, and production environments. Build CI/CD and GitOps workflows, manage Kubernetes and containerized workloads, maintain Terraform infrastructure, and improve reliability, observability, performance, security, and developer experience. Develop operational automation, monitoring, and alerting with Prometheus-based tooling while partnering with software engineering teams to resolve platform risks and bottlenecks.

Own and scale Jeen Talk’s cloud-native SaaS infrastructure across development, test, and production. Lead CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability, incident response, on-call operations, security, and reliability initiatives. Partner with product and R&D teams, develop automation, establish operational standards, and provide technical leadership while building the company’s DevOps capability.

Build and maintain end-to-end web product features using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python. Develop APIs, integrations, and database-backed functionality while collaborating with Product, AI, and Backend teams. Configure AI agents, workflows, and automations for customer implementations, connect agents to external systems, and support proofs of concept. Contribute to code reviews, scalability, performance, and engineering best practices.

Build enterprise AI applications across the full technology stack. Responsibilities include developing high-performance web applications with React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS; integrating generative AI; optimizing traditional and vector databases; contributing to architecture and technical planning; and maintaining code quality through testing and best practices.

Build and maintain end-to-end real-time voice AI systems: frontend in React+TypeScript, FastAPI Python backends, Python microservices (transcription, call analysis), integrate LLMs and STT/TTS, design telephony/SIP infrastructure, ensure scalable architecture, testing, and high code quality.

Lead end-to-end enterprise AI implementations, manage technical client relationships, oversee platform installations and integrations across environments, coordinate cross-functional teams, create and track project plans, and manage version updates and technical change processes.

Provide close administrative support to the CEO and VP: manage complex calendars, coordinate communication, track tasks and initiatives, handle travel, payments, and confidential documentation, and support operational initiatives while working full-time on-site.

Design modular systems and high-quality UX for a complex AI platform. Lead end-to-end design, maintain a scalable design system, collaborate with product and engineering, improve workflows, and create feature UI informed by user research and industry trends.

Lead product lifecycle for AI-focused web applications: run customer discovery with enterprise and government users, define PRDs, prioritize features, coordinate with engineering and design, own metrics and acceptance testing, and iterate based on feedback and market research.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for enterprise conversational AI products (voice/chat/agent assist). Own discovery-to-production lifecycle, define KPIs, translate customer needs into technical specs, work with engineering on prompts, RAG, agent orchestration, analyze product usage with analytics tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize features and improve UX.
