Own recruitment administration and back-office operations, including initial phone screenings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, ATS and pipeline management, and job posting across recruitment platforms. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience and accurate candidate records. The role requires placement-agency recruiting experience, familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, and fluent Hebrew and English communication.

Lead development of enterprise AI web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS. Integrate generative AI, optimize traditional and vector databases, contribute to architecture, ensure code quality, reduce technical debt, and establish engineering standards. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while collaborating with Product and Design to deliver technical solutions.

Own the FinOps product domain for an enterprise AI platform, leading roadmap definition, requirements, prioritization, and delivery. Develop capabilities for cost and usage visibility, budgeting, cost controls, alerts, reporting, and optimization. Translate complex cost and infrastructure data into actionable product experiences while partnering closely with R&D, architecture, and customer-facing teams.
