You'll be part of a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership, working closely with Product, AI, and DevOps teams to build scalable AI-powered customer experience solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade AI Voice Agents and Chat Agents.
- Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and additional AI providers.
- Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
- Optimize performance, latency, scalability, and system reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
- Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- 4+ years of Full Stack development experience.
- Strong experience with Python, NestJS, React and TypeScript.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar modern backend frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Redis, and Pydantic.
- Experience building REST APIs and asynchronous services.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
- Strong understanding of scalable software architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building Voice AI or Conversational AI applications.
- Experience with SIP, VoIP, or telephony systems.
- Experience with Twilio or enterprise communication platforms.
- Experience with RAG pipelines and Vector Databases.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience deploying enterprise SaaS and On-Prem solutions.
Skills Required
- 3+ years full-stack development with React and TypeScript
- 3+ years Python development (FastAPI or similar async frameworks)
- Experience with SQLAlchemy and Alembic
- Experience with Pydantic v2
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with task queues (Celery)
- Solid understanding of REST API design (auth, webhooks, multi-tenant systems)
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure, Google/Gemini)
- Familiarity with STT/TTS providers and transcription pipelines
- Strong understanding of real-time systems and latency tradeoffs
- Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Ability to reason about model limitations, hallucinations, and cost-performance tradeoffs
- Deep understanding of software engineering methodologies and scalable system design
- Experience building real-time voice AI systems
- SIP / VoIP / telephony integration experience
- Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases / embeddings
