Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 requirements. Conduct risk assessments, lead financial, IT, and SOX audit engagements, prepare audit reports, maintain audit programs, and coach audit staff. Use data analytics (Tableau, Power BI) to analyze evidence and support findings. Engage with management and manage multiple field assignments and special projects.

Design, sustain and improve poultry processing equipment (portion cutters, robots, batching). Develop mechanical solutions, BOMs, assemblies, drawings and documentation in 3D CAD/PDM. Ensure hygiene, reliability, safety, producibility and cost-effectiveness while working in a multidisciplinary team and supporting design updates and new platform development.

Work with poultry customers onsite to gather and prioritize requirements, assess production lines, configure portioning system software, identify process improvements, measure and analyze production data, and coordinate customer visits according to department priorities.

Provide administrative and operational support for facility operations, vendor coordination, purchasing, HR onboarding support, safety compliance, event coordination, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and recordkeeping to ensure smooth daily operations and positive employee and visitor experience.

Lead site procurement operations in Kunshan: manage local supplier base, drive cost and savings, implement global procurement strategy, support localization and innovation projects, lead indirect procurement, and develop the procurement team and processes to meet site targets.

Drive equipment sales across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal for the One FoodTech portfolio. Identify and win new customers, manage key accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop and execute market and sales strategies, and deliver forecasts and reports. Process and analyze vendor invoices using APAdvantage and ERP systems, ensure data accuracy and SOX-compliant controls, resolve exceptions with internal and external stakeholders, perform VAT and leasing/utilities invoice reviews, support intercompany and advanced payment bookings, and collaborate with AP, purchasing, IT, and PNC to improve processes.

Manage revenue recognition under US GAAP, maintain SOX-compliant controls, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month/quarter/year-end reporting and OneStream, review contracts with cross-functional teams, support audits, document SOPs, and lead process improvements within the Accounting Center of Excellence.

Lead production planning by developing and managing schedules, supervising the planning team, coordinating cross-functionally, monitoring performance and inventory, implementing planning systems, identifying bottlenecks, and reporting KPIs to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
