Coordinate and drive timely delivery of machines and production lines worldwide. Serve as primary contact between customers and internal teams, create and monitor project plans and budgets, oversee installation, commissioning, training and handover, ensure accurate reporting, and transfer completed projects to Service.

Develop and maintain C/C++ software for robotic waterjet cutting systems, combining real-time control, computer vision, and data analytics. Debug and evolve prototypes to production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage work in Jira, and occasionally travel to customer sites.

Support day-to-day administrative functions across departments: handle calls and emails, update databases, prepare documents and meeting materials, take minutes, assist managers with reporting and projects, and complete apprenticeship training and coursework while developing business administration skills.
