The Sheetrock Specialist assists the master carpenter with projects, performs sheetrock repair and general maintenance tasks, and coordinates materials.

Provide guest-facing supervision and safety for the climbing center: inspect equipment and routes daily, perform rescue takedowns, administer basic first-aid/CPR/AED, assist hands-on with climbers, maintain a positive guest experience, and climb 30-foot walls. Seasonal nights, weekends, and holiday availability required. Must be at least 16.

Promote and sell year-round overnight leisure group business for Jay Peak Resort via outbound calls, emails, site visits and trade shows. Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, secure room blocks, coordinate with operations for events, host familiarization tours, maintain sales schedule and client relationships, and resolve group issues to ensure service delivery.

Coordinate and sell day-group products (skiing, water park, tram, golf, college packages), manage ticketing and forecasting, communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, attend regional sales events, develop new business contacts, handle phone and group email inquiries, and produce sales reports with senior management.

Supervise daily operations of the Activities & Reservations Call Center, manage inbound/outbound guest communications, train and coach agents, maintain reservation systems and reporting, handle scheduling and accounting-related tasks, and support revenue generation through upselling and quality monitoring.

Supervise and coordinate front desk operations and staff, train agents, handle guest issues, complete daily reports and audits, ensure coverage and policy compliance, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
