Configure and certify Fiserv Finxact payment rails, including Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, RTP, and FedNow. Own screening, limits, settlement, posting, reconciliation, exception handling, STP flows, integration contracts, UAT, network certification, cutover, operational runbooks, and audit evidence. Partner with Compliance, Payment Operations, Integration Engineering, and Application Support in a regulated banking environment.

Owns end-to-end configuration of Fiserv Finxact deposits and ledger capabilities, including account products, sub-ledgers, GL mapping, posting rules, interest, fees, statements, and regulatory requirements. Builds and tests configurations across environments, supports UAT, conversions, defect resolution, and go-live readiness, and serves as the bank’s functional-technical counterpart to Fiserv implementation teams. Maintains audit evidence and configuration controls while partnering with Finance, integrations, digital channels, data, and regulatory reporting teams.

Supports a Data and AI portfolio by maintaining project schedules, trackers, documentation, budgets, and resource information. Tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items; follows up with stakeholders; prepares status reports and meeting materials; coordinates meetings; and records decisions and next steps. The role supports project managers across multiple technology teams and requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Owns enterprise VDI platforms across Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Omnissa Horizon. Responsibilities include image and catalog lifecycle management, profile and session troubleshooting, access-layer administration, incident leadership, capacity planning, automation, root cause analysis, change management, project delivery, client communication, and mentoring. The role requires deep expertise in at least one VDI platform, Windows administration, underlying compute and networking, scripting, APIs, and multi-client managed services experience.

Owns the health, performance, capacity, lifecycle, migration, replication, and incident response for Dell storage platforms across multiple client environments. Responsibilities include storage networking, performance tuning, firmware upgrades, support case management, automation, root cause analysis, change management, documentation, and client reporting. The engineer leads storage-impacting incidents, collaborates with virtualization and data protection teams, mentors junior engineers, and provides capacity and best-practice guidance.

Operates and maintains enterprise virtualization platforms across multiple client environments. Responsibilities include VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, capacity planning, performance troubleshooting, lifecycle management, incident leadership, automation, migrations, root cause analysis, change management, documentation, and client communication. The role also supports KVM and Hyper-V environments, leads virtualization projects, and mentors junior engineers.

Own the managed services tooling ecosystem, building API, webhook, and email integrations across RMM, monitoring, backup, and ITSM platforms. Configure Jira Service Management, reduce alert noise, troubleshoot tooling failures, establish integration standards, evaluate new tools, and ensure customer-specific rollouts. Produce operational reporting, explain tooling to customers, and maintain auditable documentation within ITIL-aligned change management processes.

Provides second-line remote IT support for client end users, resolving escalated Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, identity, Intune, application, printing, and collaboration issues. Manages onboarding, offboarding, access changes, endpoint deployment, patching, and security compliance. Works within ticket priorities and service-level objectives, documents solutions, creates knowledge articles, identifies recurring problems, and escalates infrastructure issues with detailed troubleshooting information.

Provides advanced network engineering and firewall expertise in a managed services environment. Owns complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, network project delivery, solution design, implementation, change validation, Palo Alto configuration, network hardening, legacy environment optimization, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role is remote from Brazil and requires fluent English, extensive enterprise networking experience, and deep Palo Alto Networks expertise.

Administer and support enterprise Confluent Kafka platforms in production, including cluster lifecycle management, broker configuration, security, monitoring, performance, capacity planning, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments. Lead incident response, troubleshooting, upgrades, disaster recovery, automation, and platform resilience activities. Maintain operational runbooks and support on-call production operations. Direct Kafka administration experience is required; application development experience alone does not qualify.

Architect and develop Java-based AI, IVR, conversational, NLP, and LLM solutions for high-volume customer interactions. Build classification and clustering models, analyze data with SQL, design RAG and prompt-engineering workflows, and lead agentic AI development. Establish LLMOps practices for monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management while partnering with platform, speech engineering, and product teams. Mentor junior and offshore engineers.

Architect and develop scalable AI-driven IVR, conversational, NLP, and LLM solutions for high-volume customer interactions. Build classification and clustering models, perform SQL-based analysis, design RAG and agentic workflows, and establish LLMOps practices for monitoring and lifecycle management. Partner with platform, speech engineering, and product teams while mentoring junior and offshore engineers.

Modernize mainframe services by designing and developing REST APIs with IBM z/OS Connect, exposing CICS/DB2 transactions, building OpenAPI specs and YAML mappings, configuring authentication (RACF, JWT, OAuth2/OIDC, certificates), implementing CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Gradle), integrating with enterprise API gateway (APIM), troubleshooting performance/security issues, and creating reusable onboarding templates and accelerators.
