Provides advanced network engineering and firewall expertise in a managed services environment. Owns complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, network project delivery, solution design, implementation, change validation, Palo Alto configuration, network hardening, legacy environment optimization, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role is remote from Brazil and requires fluent English, extensive enterprise networking experience, and deep Palo Alto Networks expertise.

Administer and support enterprise Confluent Kafka platforms in production, including cluster lifecycle management, broker configuration, security, monitoring, performance, capacity planning, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and OpenShift/Kubernetes deployments. Lead incident response, troubleshooting, upgrades, disaster recovery, automation, and platform resilience activities. Maintain operational runbooks and support on-call production operations. Direct Kafka administration experience is required; application development experience alone does not qualify.

Manage severely delinquent loans through foreclosure, communicate with borrowers and bank attorneys, track foreclosure sales, prepare reports and demand letters, review legal invoices, and resolve escalated cases while minimizing risk. Maintain compliance with FDCPA, banking regulations, AML, and BSA requirements. The role also updates collection activity systems, analyzes financial information, and supports team projects. Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is preferred.
