Manage severely delinquent loans through foreclosure, communicate with borrowers and bank attorneys, track foreclosure sales, prepare reports and demand letters, review legal invoices, and resolve escalated cases while minimizing risk. Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is preferred.

Manages backlogs, user stories, sprint execution, vendor relationships, stakeholder alignment, compliance, operational risk, and product optimization. The role partners with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and UX teams to deliver scalable banking solutions.

Leads technical production support and transformation programs for GK POS and retail/QSR environments. Responsibilities include incident and problem management, root cause analysis, defect triage, production troubleshooting, release support, team leadership, SLA improvement, stakeholder coordination, and executive communication. The role requires hands-on Java development, POS architecture and integration expertise, and experience with payments, ERP, OMS, eCommerce, cloud, observability, and containerized application environments.
